Worked on the maxmind/dev-site repository to enhance maintainability and ensure a consistent user interface. Focused on front end development using CSS, the work included reorganizing package dependencies in package.json to streamline future maintenance and reduce technical debt. Additionally, addressed a UI issue by removing an unwanted white background from the HubSpot chat iframe, resulting in a more cohesive site appearance. These changes, though non-functional in terms of new features, contributed to a cleaner codebase and improved user experience. The approach emphasized maintainable code structure and visual consistency, leveraging CSS and dependency management best practices throughout the development process.
