Developed foundational configuration management for accessibility tooling within the is-a-dev/register repository by introducing the a11y-checker.json configuration file. This work established a standardized approach to capturing owner, description, and repository metadata, enabling reproducible environments and simplifying onboarding for accessibility tools. Leveraging skills in accessibility and configuration management, the developer utilized JSON to define governance-friendly configuration structures that support consistent tooling and auditability across the project. The contribution focused on creating a maintainable setup process, ensuring that future enhancements to accessibility tooling can be managed efficiently and transparently, while laying the groundwork for scalable and standardized accessibility practices.
