During January 2025, Yixuan Fan refreshed the Obsidian icon for the electron/website repository, focusing on asset management and frontend development. They updated the icon to a newer version and performed targeted SVG namespace cleanup, which improved compatibility and rendering across the web UI. By aligning icon usage throughout the site, Yixuan enhanced branding consistency and reduced the risk of asset-related issues. The technical approach centered on optimizing SVG assets, ensuring smoother future updates and more stable asset pipelines. While no bugs were fixed during this period, the work established a solid foundation for ongoing icon management and frontend asset reliability.
