
Minhas Sulaikar developed and enhanced the LayuruLK/ElectS---Advanced-E-Voting-System repository over two months, delivering end-to-end election lifecycle features and robust admin controls. He designed RESTful APIs and integrated them with a React-based frontend, using JavaScript and CSS to implement responsive, user-friendly election management and voting interfaces. His work included building new data models, CRUD endpoints, and voting flows, as well as refining UI/UX for both general and presidential elections. By updating dependencies, fixing module import issues, and improving error handling, Minhas ensured stability and maintainability, demonstrating depth in both backend development with Node.js and frontend engineering.

January 2025 highlights: Delivered end-to-end Presidential Elections Management API with endpoints for listing, retrieving by ID, creating/updating elections, applying candidates, a dedicated voting endpoint, and admin deletion flow to support control and voter flow; launched General Elections Management UI with an admin-focused component, robust form handling, date selection, and a countdown; implemented Election UI/UX enhancements and scheduling, including multi-type election support, styling updates, voting status and time validation, responsive design, and navigation improvements; fixed Election Model Import casing bug to ensure proper module resolution.
