Worked on the mesosphere/konvoy-image-builder repository to enhance RHEL subscription management, focusing on enabling granular control and improved automation across build pipelines. Developed a feature that introduced support for environment IDs, pool IDs, and consumer names, allowing for more precise identification and cost allocation within CI/CD workflows. Propagated these enhancements through updates to GitHub workflows, Ansible roles, and shell scripts, ensuring consistent integration across the system. Utilized Go, shell scripting, and YAML to implement and configure the changes. The work improved traceability, compliance, and cost management for RHEL subscriptions, addressing key requirements in DevOps and system administration environments.
