Contributed to the PipedreamHQ/pipedream repository by developing a new feature that enables file uploads to Zendesk tickets through the Zendesk Uploads API. This work focused on backend development using Node.js and JavaScript, with an emphasis on robust API integration. The implementation allows users to attach files to Zendesk tickets and retrieve upload tokens for subsequent ticket operations, streamlining ticket enrichment and reducing manual steps. Addressed a filename extraction issue by prioritizing metadata for accurate attachment names. Updated internal components and package metadata to ensure compatibility with Zendesk APIs, demonstrating collaborative development practices and attention to code quality and maintainability.
