During November 2025, Cheng Feng focused on stabilizing the JSON parsing pipeline for the opentiny/tiny-engine repository. Addressing a persistent parsing error, Cheng removed unused npm function entries from JSON files, which reduced failures and streamlined the codebase. This work involved targeted code refactoring and careful data management, ensuring that configuration and function entry points were cleaner and more maintainable. Collaborating closely with another contributor, Cheng co-authored the fix to ensure proper attribution and foster cross-team communication. The result established a solid baseline for future enhancements, making the JSON parsing logic easier to extend and more accessible for new contributors.
