During January 2025, Fernando Menezes developed an automated documentation migration system for the mongodb/atlas-cli-plugin-kubernetes repository. Leveraging Shell and Starlark, he integrated Copybara to synchronize documentation across atlas-cli-plugin-kubernetes, cloud-docs, and docs-atlas-cli, reducing manual effort and improving consistency. Fernando configured workflows for automated release tagging and defined source and destination mappings with file transformation rules, ensuring documentation remained up to date across platforms. He also updated Evergreen CI to incorporate Copybara-driven tasks and build variants, streamlining the release process. This work demonstrated depth in automation, CI/CD, and documentation management, directly enhancing onboarding and release readiness for the project.
