During November 2025, Shurfed contributed to the openfrontio/OpenFrontIO repository by enhancing Docker image tagging and release management workflows. Shurfed implemented additional Docker version tagging within the build script and introduced a 'latest' tag for new releases, improving deployment predictability and traceability. The work involved Bash scripting and YAML configuration to automate tagging and streamline CI/CD processes. Shurfed also reinforced the release pipeline by adding test coverage, updating localization files, and including UI artifacts to support quality assurance. These changes reduced the risk of tagging errors, improved rollback capability, and ensured releases were more reliable and ready for customer deployment.
