During November 2024, Carlos Filho completed the full Portuguese (Brazil) localization for the Google Analytics Importer plugin in the matomo-org repository. He utilized Weblate to update all translation strings, achieving 100% coverage without introducing any code changes. This work directly enhanced usability for Brazilian users and reduced support issues related to localization. By validating the Weblate-based workflow, Carlos established a scalable process for future translations. His focus on localization and translation management demonstrated a methodical approach to internationalization, ensuring that the plugin could better serve a broader audience while maintaining the integrity of the existing codebase.
