During December 2025, Fionera developed CUE language formatting support for the aspect-build/rules_lint repository, integrating cue fmt as a formatter for CUE files within the existing linter framework. This work involved updating configuration management to recognize CUE file patterns, wiring up multitool integration, and ensuring compatibility with the latest dependencies. Fionera expanded automated and manual test coverage to validate the new formatter, providing a comprehensive test plan and example usage. The implementation, primarily using Bash, CUE, and JSON, was documented with clear release notes and user guidance, reflecting a thorough approach to linter development and test automation practices.
