During May 2026, contributed to the alan-eu/activepieces repository by developing and delivering the Chess.com Community Data Access feature. This work introduced a new community piece that enables users to access Chess.com player data, profiles, and daily puzzles within the Activepieces automation framework. The implementation focused on robust API integration using Node.js and TypeScript, establishing a reusable pattern for future community data integrations. Collaboration was emphasized through co-authored commits and adherence to pull request best practices. The feature expands Activepieces’ data access capabilities, supporting automation workflows for Chess.com use cases. No major bugs were addressed during this period of development.
