Worked on release engineering for the open-edge-platform/orch-ui and edge-manageability-framework repositories, focusing on automating and stabilizing cross-component deployments. Developed a Bash-based script to automate pull request creation, addressing version suffix handling and macOS compatibility, and updated makefiles to streamline release workflows. Improved version management by synchronizing Chart.yaml and UI app versions, removing development suffixes to prepare for RC4 releases. In edge-manageability-framework, aligned deployment versions across multiple UI components, reducing drift and manual intervention. Leveraged skills in CI/CD, Argo CD, and shell scripting to deliver more reliable, consistent releases, emphasizing configuration management and version control best practices throughout the process.
