March 2026: Delivered the Presence Summary Tile for the Home Overview dashboard in home-assistant/frontend, enabling at-a-glance visibility of current home occupancy and quick navigation to the map panel. The tile counts only tracked persons with at least one device, appears when the map panel is loaded and at least one tracked person exists, and displays the count or 'Nobody' when all are away. This feature directly enhances user awareness and decision-making for multi-person households, reducing steps to access location details. Minor refinements included translation tweaks and removing the older tile from the home overview strategy to streamline the UI. Technologies demonstrated: frontend React/TypeScript, UI composition, localization, and collaborative code review (co-authored commits).
