Developed and packaged a unified TUI and web dashboard for Claude Code session monitoring and management, delivering ccboard version 0.21.0 to the zed-industries/winget-pkgs repository. Focused on streamlining deployment, the work included creating installation and localization manifests in YAML to support localized onboarding and turnkey setup for users and operators. Leveraged Rust for TUI development and integrated package management best practices to ensure a smooth installation experience via winget. The project addressed the need for a cohesive monitoring tool by combining web and terminal interfaces, emphasizing maintainability and ease of use for both end users and system administrators.
