Florian Raffl developed a visual enhancement for the home-assistant/brands repository by designing and integrating dedicated icons for the Divus DPlus custom integration. Using JavaScript and applying UI design and front end development skills, Florian focused on improving the integration catalog’s usability and branding consistency. The new icons aligned with existing design guidelines, supporting faster user recognition and a more cohesive interface. The work was tracked with a well-documented commit, ensuring traceability and ease of future maintenance. While the contribution was limited to a single feature over one month, it addressed a clear need for improved visual identity within the application.
