Worked on the DynamoRIO/dynamorio repository to enhance build stability and packaging reliability by upgrading elfutils to version 0.191 and addressing issues in elf_memory.c. The technical approach involved removing a previously applied patch, which reduced patch debt and streamlined the build pipeline. This work focused on dependency management and build system improvements, ensuring more reliable downstream releases. Demonstrated proficiency in C and C++ while resolving a critical bug that impacted the packaging flow. The changes contributed to a more maintainable codebase and improved the overall integrity of the build process, supporting consistent and dependable software delivery for future development.
