During April 2025, work focused on establishing foundational integration and automation capabilities for the modular/modular-community repository. The main deliverable was the MImage Library Integration and Testing Setup, which introduced a build recipe for the mimage image processing library and comprehensive documentation outlining its purpose, quick start, and roadmap. Using Mojo and YAML, the developer implemented a robust build system integration and set up a CodeQL workflow to automate code analysis and quality checks. This groundwork improved build reliability, streamlined onboarding for future libraries, and enabled early defect detection, positioning the project for scalable asset handling and more efficient future integrations.
