During November 2025, FollowTheWizard focused on stabilizing FreshRSS deployments by addressing a critical database configuration issue in the FreshRSS/FreshRSS repository. They updated the Docker Compose setup to align the PostgreSQL data volume path with the requirements of PostgreSQL 18, resolving startup failures and ensuring reliable data persistence for containerized environments. This work involved careful management of Docker and database configuration using YAML, demonstrating attention to deployment reliability and operational continuity. While the contribution was targeted, it addressed a core infrastructure challenge, reducing downtime risk and improving the robustness of FreshRSS deployments for users relying on Docker-based workflows.
