Worked on the immich-app/ui and immich repositories, delivering features and fixes focused on reliability and maintainability. Implemented chunked file upload hashing using web workers and the @noble/hashes library to improve performance for large uploads, while updating tests to remove crypto API dependencies. Enhanced user experience by preventing textarea resizing in hidden or empty states, reducing unnecessary layout recalculations. Improved backend validation by enforcing field requirements during memory updates and ensured album data remained current by invalidating caches after updates. Refactored codebase structure and naming conventions, utilizing JavaScript, TypeScript, and Svelte to streamline development and address build warnings.
