Worked on the NoroffFEU/edu-gate repository, focusing on enhancing the Teacher Profile page through targeted UI and accessibility improvements. Applied semantic HTML and ARIA labeling to support assistive technologies and ensure compliance with accessibility standards. Addressed HTML structure validation by refining markup, such as wrapping elements correctly to maintain dropdown functionality and reduce validation errors. Used CSS, HTML, and Tailwind CSS to improve styling consistency and maintainability across the component. These changes improved screen reader usability, enabled easier future updates, and delivered a more reliable user experience for teachers interacting with the profile editing and navigation features.
