The primary focus was on improving code hygiene and observability by removing a redundant priority-setting log statement, which reduced log noise without altering the plugin’s core functionality. This change, implemented in Kotlin, enhanced production debugging by making logs clearer and the codebase easier to maintain. The approach demonstrated careful change management and a disciplined attitude toward Android plugin development, prioritizing maintainability and clarity over feature expansion. No new features were introduced, with efforts dedicated exclusively to quality improvements and bug resolution.
