During January 2025, Fst Braz focused on front-end component development in the haiilo/catalyst repository, addressing a critical localization issue in the cat-date-inline component. By refining how the date object was constructed for month formatting, Fst ensured that the displayed month in the headline accurately reflected the active language settings. This TypeScript-based solution improved UI consistency and reduced localization errors, directly enhancing user trust in date displays. The work involved careful regression testing to validate the fix across different locales. While the period included no new features, the targeted bug fix demonstrated attention to detail and a strong grasp of localization challenges.
