During April 2025, Mao developed and delivered the Klise-enhanced theme for the hexojs/site repository, focusing on improving user experience and accessibility. The work involved creating a new configuration file in YAML to define theme metadata such as description, link, preview, and tags, as well as adding a new screenshot to support quality assurance and marketing needs. Mao enhanced the theme’s dark mode adaptation and streamlined its visual design, ensuring a more cohesive and accessible interface. The project drew on skills in documentation and theme development, resulting in a single, well-integrated feature that addressed both technical and user-facing requirements.
