In May 2025, Ga94pez refactored the SAC Quality Control module in the AliceO2Group/QualityControl repository, focusing on aligning the system with a new SAC data format. Using C++ and leveraging skills in configuration management and data handling, Ga94pez introduced a conditional flag to enable Fourier coefficients and consolidated SAC component data retrieval within the TPC module. This work reduced code complexity and improved configurability, supporting future data-format migrations and enhancing maintainability. The changes streamlined data processing for downstream analytics, demonstrating a thoughtful approach to software refactoring and configuration flexibility within a complex scientific data quality control environment.
