During November 2024, Garth updated non-gray-800 color definitions in the adobe/spectrum-tokens-studio-data repository to align UI color tokens with revised design specifications. He focused on design token governance and color token management, using JSON to ensure that all non-gray-800 shades reflected the latest branding requirements. By linking changes directly to design specs and maintaining version control, Garth improved traceability and consistency across the UI. His work enabled more reliable theming and streamlined design-to-development handoffs. Although no major bugs were addressed, the depth of his contribution lay in enhancing visual consistency and supporting cross-functional collaboration between design and frontend development.
