Gautham Harish developed Base Chain TVL Retrieval Support within the DefiLlama-Adapters repository, enabling Multipli.fi to analyze total value locked (TVL) on the Base chain. He implemented a new JavaScript-based retrieval method for Base TVL data, integrating it into the existing backend data pipeline through API integration. This work expanded Multipli.fi’s analytics coverage, allowing for deeper visibility into Base DeFi activity and laying groundwork for onboarding additional chains. Gautham validated the end-to-end data flow and documented traceability for the change, demonstrating a focused approach to backend development and data integration within a short, one-month project period.
