During October 2025, Gaylin focused on improving the quality and accuracy of documentation within the fastly/js-compute-runtime repository. Addressing a documentation bug, Gaylin corrected a typographical error in the PenaltyBox.prototype.add API reference, ensuring the title accurately reflected the method and adding a missing newline to maintain file formatting standards. This work, carried out using Markdown and leveraging strong documentation skills, aimed to align the API documentation with actual code behavior, reducing ambiguity for developers. While no new features were introduced, Gaylin’s targeted fix contributed to the stability and clarity of the runtime’s documentation, supporting ongoing codebase maintainability and usability.
