Worked on updating Metabase hiring facilitation dashboards within the gip-inclusion/les-emplois repository to align with new organizational data configurations. Focused on backend development and API integration using Python, the work involved updating dashboard IDs and removing department-level filtering to ensure accurate, cross-department visibility of hiring analytics. These configuration changes improved data fidelity and supported decision-making by reflecting the latest requirements for hiring data analysis. No critical defects were reported during this period, and all updates were completed on schedule. The approach emphasized maintainability and adaptability, ensuring the dashboards remained consistent with evolving data structures and organizational needs.
