Worked on enhancing the German localization of the KOReader User Guide within the koreader/koreaderhub.io.git repository, focusing on content delivery and accessibility for German-speaking users. Leveraged Weblate to update and expand German translations, increasing coverage to 25.2 percent by adding new strings and refining existing ones. Updated translator metadata and optimized the localization workflow to support incremental updates, ensuring future scalability. Applied skills in localization, technical writing, and internationalization (i18n) to improve the user experience and align the documentation with broader audience goals. The work laid a foundation for ongoing translation efforts and streamlined future feature integration.
