During April 2026, contributed to the zed-industries/zed repository by enhancing the icon theme configuration to support OCaml .mlx file extensions. This work involved associating the .mlx extension with OCaml within the theme system, improving file recognition and providing more consistent UI cues for users working with OCaml files. The implementation focused on theme development using Rust, demonstrating attention to repository collaboration and adherence to UI/UX guidelines. No major bugs were addressed during this period, and the primary deliverable was a targeted feature that streamlined the developer experience for OCaml users by refining file icon handling within the project’s interface.
