Implemented a Solana address format variant with length checks and base58 decoding, complemented by a robust unit test suite. This work aligns with internal initiative #1061 and sets a foundation for broader address-format validations across supported networks. Overall, this improves reliability for Solana deposits/withdrawals and enhances the robustness of the Axelar network’s wasm standard library.
