Georgi Goranov developed and integrated Amazon Bedrock embeddings into the hacksider/kilocode repository, expanding the platform’s embedding infrastructure with a focus on reliability and maintainability. He designed a new BedrockEmbedder class and provider type, supporting Titan and Cohere model profiles, and implemented configuration management across the service factory and interfaces. Using TypeScript and AWS, Georgi ensured comprehensive unit and integration test coverage while updating UI localization to surface Bedrock options. His work included UI/UX improvements, schema updates, and dependency management, addressing configuration gaps and enhancing the codebase’s support for embedding models, localization, and robust automated testing practices.
