Worked on internationalization and localization enhancements for the BloopAI/vibe-kanban repository, focusing on expanding language support and improving locale handling within the React-based front end. Leveraged JavaScript and TypeScript to refine the i18n configuration, enabling seamless integration of additional languages such as Simplified Chinese. Addressed translation loading issues and ensured that UI formatting consistently respected locale settings across components. Streamlined the translation update workflow, allowing for faster content refreshes and improved readiness for new markets. This work established a scalable foundation for future localization efforts, directly enhancing the multilingual user experience and supporting broader adoption by international teams.
