During January 2025, Gitea F. developed a core enhancement for the agda/agda-categories repository, focusing on categorical reasoning within the Agda proof assistant. They implemented the pasting law for pullbacks, formalizing how adjacent pullback squares in commutative diagrams relate to the pullback property of the larger square. This work leveraged category theory and formal verification techniques to automate inference of pullback status, reducing manual proof effort for downstream users. By strengthening the library’s formalization of categorical structures, Gitea F. improved the reliability and reusability of pullback constructions, demonstrating depth in both theoretical understanding and practical Agda development.
