During December 2024, Gjacob enhanced the containers/qm repository by improving the QM partition access test suite. Focusing on Shell scripting and testing, Gjacob added detailed descriptions and explicit expected results to multiple test files, clarifying the intent and verification scope of each test. The work included validating the inaccessibility of specific devices and directories within the QM partition, which improved both the clarity and maintainability of the test suite. Additionally, Gjacob introduced missing metadata required for automated validators, streamlining validation workflows. These targeted improvements strengthened test coverage and reliability, supporting safer and more efficient changes to partition access controls.
