During April 2025, GK Shi focused on stabilizing the NervJS/taro repository by addressing a cross-platform UI issue affecting tabBar icon rendering in H5 builds using Vite. By standardizing the icon path conversion logic, GK Shi ensured consistent asset handling across platforms, which improved UI reliability and reduced post-release support needs. The work involved deep analysis of the Vite-based build process and debugging complex path manipulation scenarios, leveraging skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and frontend development. Although no new features were shipped, the targeted bug fix enhanced the core build pipeline’s quality, resulting in a more robust and maintainable codebase.
