Worked on the magento/pwa-studio repository to improve the stability and reliability of the Targetables initialization path. Addressed a runtime safety issue by implementing a robust existence check for veniaTargets and refactoring the initialization process to use the 'using' method, directly resolving PWA-3610. This defensive approach reduced the risk of runtime errors in targetables-dependent flows and enhanced lifecycle management for VeniaTargets. The work focused on bug resolution rather than feature development, utilizing front end development skills with JavaScript and TypeScript. All changes were clearly linked to the relevant issue, supporting maintainability and traceability for future development and code reviews.
