In February 2026, Gnasrash developed a region-based ECR account ID mapping feature for the aws/sagemaker-distribution repository. This work replaced hardcoded ECR account IDs across multiple deployment templates, including v2, v3, and v4, with a dynamic mapping derived from the AWS region. By updating docker-compose.yaml and start-workflows-container.sh, Gnasrash unified deployment configuration under a single ECR_ACCOUNT_ID variable, reducing manual configuration and improving maintainability. The implementation leveraged AWS, containerization, and scripting skills, using Python, YAML, and JSON to propagate changes. This feature enabled scalable, region-aware deployments and demonstrated a focused approach to infrastructure automation and configuration management.
