Established a governance-ready repository baseline in NUR by registering the GNUqb114514 repository, creating audit trails and repeatable onboarding patterns to support future automation and scalability. Later, focused on expanding accessibility in the home-manager repository by delivering near-complete Chinese Simplified and Toki Pona translations across CLI and module components. Leveraged PO files, Nix, and Weblate-driven workflows to ensure collaborative, traceable translation updates and stable localization pipelines. The work emphasized open source contribution, translation, and localization, laying groundwork for broader internationalization and improved user experience for non-English speakers.
