Worked on advancing localization for the KOReader project by updating the German translation of the KOReader User Guide in the koreader/koreaderhub.io.git repository. Focused on expanding coverage for features such as screen warmth settings and text manipulation shortcuts, increasing overall German translation progress to 25.1 percent. Utilized Weblate to streamline the translation workflow, ensuring greater consistency and efficiency in managing i18n updates. Applied technical writing skills to improve documentation clarity for German-speaking users. The work laid a foundation for future localization sprints, enabling better collaboration and traceability for ongoing improvements to the KOReader user experience.
