Upgraded the actions/upload-artifact dependency from version 3 to 4 across multiple GitHub Actions workflows, ensuring more reliable artifact publishing. Introduced an empty changeset file to streamline release management processes. Optimized continuous integration by skipping non-critical scrolling tests, which reduced runtime and improved feedback speed. Additionally, suppressed unnecessary console logs in the virtualizer lab to minimize noise and accelerate CI runs. Utilized JavaScript, TypeScript, and YAML to implement these targeted infrastructure improvements.
