Worked on the adobe/spectrum-web-components repository to enhance code maintainability by updating ESLint configurations using JavaScript. Focused on preventing the automatic sorting of export conditions within the configuration files, this change aimed to reduce unnecessary lint noise and improve code organization. Added detailed comments to the ESLint setup to clarify the rationale for future maintainers and reviewers, supporting smoother onboarding and more predictable code reviews. The work emphasized code maintenance and ESLint configuration skills, resulting in a cleaner development environment, fewer noisy pull requests, and more efficient continuous integration for developers contributing to Spectrum web components. No bugs were addressed.
