Worked on the Zephyr4Microchip/zephyr repository to improve the stability and maintainability of LLExt builds by addressing linker script issues in embedded C environments. Focused on disabling default section placement for LLExt, which prevented orphan sections and reduced linker warnings, resulting in quieter build outputs and more reliable binaries. The approach involved aligning C code with linker script expectations and clarifying section placement within both code and build configurations. This work enhanced the reliability of continuous integration and downstream deployments, leveraging skills in C programming, embedded systems, and linker script management to support future iterations of the LLExt feature.
