Using skills in UI/UX design, localization, and translation, Ernestas ensured that Lithuanian translations were consistent and natural across the widget interface. His work included lightweight quality assurance checks to validate translation accuracy and prevent regressions. The project was implemented in JSON, with attention to detail in language consistency, resulting in a more polished and user-friendly Lithuanian experience for Chatwoot users.
