Worked on the Shubhamsaboo/adk-python repository to enhance API clarity by renaming the eval_dataset parameter to eval_dataset_file_path_or_dir within the AgentEvaluator component. This change aligned both the codebase and documentation with the actual accepted inputs, supporting either a file path or directory, while preserving all existing functionality. The effort focused on improving maintainability and reducing onboarding time by making API usage more intuitive and minimizing potential support queries. Demonstrated skills in Python development, documentation hygiene, and code refactoring, with careful attention to backward compatibility and version control practices throughout the update. No bug fixes were addressed during this period.
