During August 2025, Gyorgy Csado focused on improving checkout data integrity for the Max-Eee/E-commerce-recommender repository. He addressed a bug in the billing flow by implementing billing address phone number validation and autofill, ensuring that every order included complete billing information. Leveraging his expertise in front end development with React and TypeScript, Gyorgy integrated frontend validation and customer data retrieval to default the phone number field to the user’s existing contact when available. This solution reduced manual entry and potential support issues, resulting in a more reliable and user-friendly checkout process. The work demonstrated solid attention to practical detail.
