Worked on stabilizing HTTP-driven WebDriver behavior in the http4k/http4k repository, focusing on improving navigation reliability during redirect scenarios. Addressed a bug where the Http4kWebDriver did not correctly handle refresh actions on redirecting pages by updating the refresh logic to re-request the current URL and follow all redirects. Developed and integrated regression tests to ensure that, after a refresh, the driver consistently navigates to the intended final destination. Utilized Java and Kotlin alongside HTTP and testing skills to strengthen automated test coverage. This targeted work enhanced the stability of automated browser navigation and contributed to more robust test suites.
