Worked on improving the developer experience for the input-output-hk/cardano-js-sdk repository by streamlining CORS origin configuration in development and pre-production environments. Used Nix and configuration management skills to implement a change that disables origin filtering by setting backend.allowedOrigins to null, which reduced manual setup and configuration drift. This adjustment allowed developers to onboard more quickly and test features with less friction, while maintaining consistent environment policies. The work included documenting operational and security implications to support deployment processes. Focus remained on DevOps practices, ensuring that environment consistency and governance were preserved throughout the development and pre-production workflows.
