Worked on the bpg/terraform-provider-proxmox repository to deliver two core features enhancing LXC container management in Terraform. Developed zero-disk-size support for LXC containers on ZFS and Btrfs, enabling directory or subvolume-based storage without pre-allocating disk space, which addressed a nuanced edge case in infrastructure provisioning. Introduced a new data source for Proxmox containers, allowing users to retrieve and manage container information directly within Terraform configurations. The implementation leveraged Go for backend logic, HCL for configuration, and comprehensive Markdown documentation updates to guide users. The work demonstrated a focus on robust integration, clear documentation, and practical solutions for infrastructure automation.
