Addressed a critical issue by reverting a previous fix related to project assignment checks, which had introduced instability in the continuous integration workflow. Utilized YAML and GitHub Actions to manage and document the changes, ensuring that the pipeline delivered consistent feedback and reduced flaky builds. Carefully validated the impact of the revert and provided clear documentation to prevent similar issues in the future. The work emphasized CI/CD best practices, prioritizing stable automation and transparent change management over the introduction of new features.
